Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of myflogistics.com and of the internal tool called MYF Triage Archive, both operated by MYFLogistics LLC ("MYFLogistics," "we," "us"), a company based in Newnan, Georgia. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Our website
The website describes our logistics services and lets you ask us for information or a quote. Information on the site is provided for general purposes. Any rate or price estimate shown on the site is informational only and is not a binding quote unless MYFLogistics confirms it in writing.
2. MYF Triage Archive is private
MYF Triage Archive is an internal tool for MYFLogistics and a small alliance of partner businesses. It is available only to people we invite, and access is controlled by approved email addresses. It is not offered to the general public. If you have been given access, you agree to:
- use it only for the alliance's business purposes;
- keep your sign-in secure and not share your access with anyone else;
- not try to bypass access controls, interfere with the tool, or use it to harm others or violate any law; and
- keep alliance information you see in the tool confidential, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We may suspend or end anyone's access at any time, including for misuse.
3. Federal opportunity information
The tool displays and organizes information from public sources such as SAM.gov, including notices and solicitation documents. That information belongs to its publishers. We make reasonable efforts to keep our copy accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or free of errors. Always check the official notice and the solicitation documents before relying on dates, requirements or instructions, and before submitting any bid or question.
Scores, suggestions, routing and similar labels in the tool are internal aids. They are not eligibility determinations, legal advice or a guarantee that any business qualifies for, or will win, a contract.
4. Google Drive
With the approval of a MYFLogistics administrator, the tool may save solicitation documents into a Google Drive owned by MYFLogistics. How we handle Google account information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The MYFLogistics name, logo, website content and the software behind MYF Triage Archive belong to MYFLogistics LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of them. Content created by alliance members remains theirs, and you give MYFLogistics and the alliance permission to use it within the tool to carry out the alliance's work.
6. No warranties
The website and the tool are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MYFLogistics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or missed deadlines, arising from your use of the website or the tool. Our total liability for any claim relating to them will not exceed the amount you paid us for them, or $100 if you paid nothing.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the tool at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when the terms last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the website or the tool at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
