Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

MYFLogistics LLC ("MYFLogistics," "we," "us") is a federal, defense and commercial logistics company based in Newnan, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at myflogistics.com and our internal tool called MYF Triage Archive.

1. About MYF Triage Archive

MYF Triage Archive is a private, internal tool that MYFLogistics and a small alliance of partner businesses use to review federal contract opportunities. It is not a public service and is not offered to consumers. Part of the tool saves publicly posted federal solicitation documents, such as those published on SAM.gov, into a Google Drive owned by MYFLogistics so our team has an organized record of each opportunity.

2. Information we collect

Website. If you contact us or request a quote, we collect what you choose to send us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and shipment or service details. Our web hosting provider may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

MYF Triage Archive. The tool is used by authorized MYFLogistics administrators and invited alliance members. We keep their work email addresses to control sign-in and record who did what in the tool. We also keep notes, votes and comments that users enter about contract opportunities.

Google user data. A MYFLogistics administrator connects one Google account to the tool. We request only the Google Drive scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This lets the tool create folders and files of its own in that account's Google Drive and later work with only those files and folders. The tool cannot see, list, read, change or delete any other file in the Drive. We also store the authorization token Google issues so the tool can keep saving files without asking each time.

3. How we use information

We do not use information for advertising, and we do not use Google user data for anything other than providing the Drive archive feature described above.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

MYFLogistics's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising or to determine credit-worthiness, and is not read by people except where needed for security, to comply with law, or with the account owner's consent.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our systems (for example Cloudflare, Google and our website host), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or our systems.

6. Storage and security

MYF Triage Archive runs on Cloudflare. Its database and the credentials it uses to reach Google are held in Cloudflare's systems, and credentials are stored as protected secrets, not in the application's code. Access to the tool is restricted through Cloudflare Access to approved email addresses, and administrative functions are limited to named administrators. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.

7. Retention and your choices

8. Children

Our website and tools are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
